Amanda Abramson is the best! We looked at a lot of properties together. I had some very specific needs in a property, which she understood, and helped me to evaluate properties to fit that need. She is very knowledgable about the area, and I appreciated her honest evaluation of the properties. She listened to me and always responded to my texts for more information, etc. But most of all she was fun to work with, easy going and quick to laugh.

Amanda Abramson was very helpful in the beginning, middle and the final closing. I was a nudnick and she handled it very well. She guided us in many ways in decluttering, and advising us every step of the way. We had her visit quite frequently and she was acomadating as much as she could. The trickiest part was the E- signature on many documents and we finally got it. That was the stress as we got closer to the sale.

WE listened to the quote and we even got more than we expected. Our move was particulary more stressful as we lived in the house for 48 years and were moving out of the state. The downsize was going from a 4 BDRM House, full attic, full basement and two huge walk in closets that we had built. It wa great until we had to decide what to donate and get rid of.
