I just closed on a home with the help of Amanda Schlegel. This being my third house, I think I have a decent idea of what makes a good realtor, and Amanda checked all the boxes. In particular her communication was just excellent. Not only did I rarely have to wait any length of time for a response, but she always seemed to have an answer ready when she did (even if the news wasn't great, which can happen of course when house hunting).
Something else I'd mention is her knowledge of the local market and how the home buying process works in general. There were a number of things she suggested that either saved me money or ensured I went after a home that fit my needs.
