Tara was the absolute best realtor we have ever used. She provided excellent customer service from beginning to end and beyond. Consistently went above and beyond to find us our dream home in the cutest town ever. We will ONLY use her in the future and will always recommend her to family and friends. So grateful for Tara

She was really great to work with when I bought my previous house so she was the first person I thought of when I was ready to purchase another. We had previously had her recommended to us when we were using Home Partners of America to rent a home with right to purchase, however that house became a nightmare due to Home Partners' customer service... Anyways, we wanted to get out of it fast. Tara allowed us to look at houses we looked at on Zillow, took note of our likes, dislikes, and must-haves and recommended us a BEAUTIFUL house in Grovetown. I was reluctant at first, but when she showed me the house I had her put an offer in same-day. Even though the seller wanted a fast closing, we managed the short timeline and are now the owners of a wonderful house! Thank you, Tara!

Tara was an absolute rockstar, I was selling my house long distance and any hiccups that happen along the way she was able to come up with a solution. Resulting in get the house was listed a month after I decided to sell and then with her guidance I was under contract in a week!

Tara Mcnaylor was an amazing agent. She was so up to key with everything. She gave good advice when needed it. She was so encouraging at all times. When touring a house Tara point out everything and let you know what is up. She nice, easy to talk to. I can really say she really care about her clients and what they want. Tara McNaylor was a phenomenal Agent. She paid very close attention to our desires and ensured we got the perfect home for us. I was an out of town buyer and she was very accommodating to my request to see homes on both of my visits. Very knowledgeable, patient, understands the local housing market, and not pushy (all the traits I look for in a buyer’s agent). I would definitely use her again and recommend her services to anyone buying a house in the Augusta area..

I'm not saying Tara is the best realtor ever, but she's kind of the best realtor EVER.

The entire process from the initial consultation to the signing of the final contract was flawless. Any time there was any minor issue (always stemming from outside entities) or any question I had she was able to provide advice and/or guidance.

We can’t put it into words the appreciation we have for Tara McNaylor. She found a home that was all that we wanted and could possibly dream of. Buying a home cross country without being able to see it in person until an offer was in was a little nerve racking. We were able to build a trusting relationship with Tara so when she said “this is it” we believed her. It checked all our boxes. Tara covered all needs, wants, and things we didn’t even know we wanted. We love our home and have her to thank for it. When our fur baby needed emergency surgery she was able console a sad teenager and mama and help find a veterinarian nearby on Thanksgiving Day. She has always been a listening ear and shoulder when needed. Tara gave us suggestions of things to do, great places to eat, and sites to see. The housewarming gift we were given was such a beautiful gesture and is now a focal point in our home which she will always be welcomed. Tara exudes professionalism and the pride she has in what she does is so obvious.
