She was really great to work with when I bought my previous house so she was the first person I thought of when I was ready to purchase another. We had previously had her recommended to us when we were using Home Partners of America to rent a home with right to purchase, however that house became a nightmare due to Home Partners' customer service... Anyways, we wanted to get out of it fast. Tara allowed us to look at houses we looked at on Zillow, took note of our likes, dislikes, and must-haves and recommended us a BEAUTIFUL house in Grovetown. I was reluctant at first, but when she showed me the house I had her put an offer in same-day. Even though the seller wanted a fast closing, we managed the short timeline and are now the owners of a wonderful house! Thank you, Tara!
