Amy is the Principal Broker for INNOVATE Real Estate in Fredericksburg, VA. Born and raised in Fredericksburg, Amy is a true native with a wealth of knowledge about the area. She is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech, having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Insurance, and Business Law. Prior to earning her real estate license, Amy spent four years evaluating contracts for the federal government.

Now Amy is raising her own family in Fredericksburg. She is the wife of Jason, who is also a Realtor, and mother to Jase, her adorable son. Amy is also a proud aunt of three, a professional bridesmaid, an avid Hokie fan, and a bulldog ringleader. She loves to spend her spare time decorating her home and boating with friends on the Potomac River and on Lake Anna.
