Amy is an absolutely phenomenal realtor. I have always heard that home buying can be one of the most stressful experiences, but my home buying journey was easy and fun because of Amy’s support. She is great at communicating and always got back to me right away. She is genuine, thoughtful, and really listens to you and what you want. Right away she had a sense of my taste in homes and sent me listings I was excited about as soon as they hit the market. She would jump into action when I was ready to make an offer, and had creative ideas to help my offer stand out. I believe my offer was accepted because of her recommendations. She was not only great at communicating with me, but also with my lender, the seller’s agents, inspector, and all the other professionals who were involved in the transaction from start to finish. When an unexpected event occurred right before closing, Amy was on top of it and worked tirelessly to resolve things quickly and in a way I was happy with.

While selling a home can be nerve wrecking; specially during constant interest rate hikes, Amy constantly proved her worth by never losing hope, and continuing to hold open houses regardless of what was happening around us. In addition, I was able to overhear her a few times and was impress by how personable she is with potential buyers, and assured me it was her personable goal to make sure my house would sell, which it did.
