Amy Stokes is amazing! My father passed away and I needed to sell his house. He lived in St. Charles, Missouri and I live in Houston, Texas. My husband and I only had 10 days that we were available to be in Missouri to deal with my father's estate. In that short amount of time we had to find an agent to sell the house and deal with all of my father's belongings, as well as all of the legal affairs. While we were driving up from Texas, I googled real estate brokers and the local ReMax office came up. I called and I was transferred to Amy. I had no information, interactions, or recommendation for Amy. It was simply by chance that my call was sent to her. The day after we arrived Amy came to the house. We talked and I instantly liked her. She was professional, courteous, well spoken and all the way around just lovely. We signed paperwork within a few days. Unfortunately we had numerous problems with the probate court as well as other legal issues. Amy was WONDERFUL through it all!

What an energetic and informed agent Amy is. She went the extra mile in keeping us informed, giving us options, advocating for our wants and keeping to commitments she made. We have dealt with other good agents but Amy is head and shoulders above in giving good quality service. We received an offer at our asking price within a week. There were items that needed to be negotiated with the buyer and their agent, but Amy was good at helping us understand and consider our options in an encouraging way for both sides. We were traveling and could not make all the signing dates in person but Amy worked everything out so my wife and I could read and sign all documents electronically. We would use her again in a heartbeat and would encourage anyone else to do the same.

Amy was great. She was friendly, courteous, and very helpful from the start. I wasn’t even planning on using a realtor but after talking with Amy and her great professional attitude, I decided to give a shot and had my home under contract within a week. During the entire process Amy was very transparent and was available to answer any questions when asked. She also helped me with some last minute packing that I needed help with. I would highly recommend Amy if you are in the market for a new home or trying to sell yours.

Amy did a outstanding job selling my home, she went beyond any expectations anyone could expect, I received more than asking price, needed several repairs, and several items removed, she took care of it all, she goes above and beyond any expectations anyone would expect, and communication was constant and up to date daily. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who asks about selling or buying and have done so already. Nice job Amy your awsome!!!
