I mandated Ana’s team to find first a rental and after a year of back and forth (as we were quite picky on the unit we were looking for) we switched gears to buy a house which was finalized thanks to Ana.
Here is my analysis of her services :

Pros :
- very reponsive : she is reachable quite easily and answer fast (never more than an hour)
- she has a whole team for coordinating
- she gives her personal opinion on what to do but let you take the final decision if needed
- she has an impressive network (and that’s for me the biggest asset) of professionals (lawyers, security for the house, contractors, mortgage specialist …) and you can see they are used to working with her because they are responsive when you come on her behalf
- she is customer oriented and it’s scarce enough to mention it

Cons:
- I didn’t see any. I hope you will stay at this level of service.

Overall I recommend Ana if you have any project, mine was a success. If it was to do it again I wouldn’t change anything.

cannot say enough good things about my experience with Rida and the whole Ana Bastas Realty team. I was shopping in Mississauga and truly believed I did not have many good options in my price range. Rida did not just send listings. She educated me. She walked me through possibilities I was not even considering and showed me options I genuinely did not think I qualified for.

Throughout the process, she was responsive, calm, and honest. She made me feel supported, informed, and empowered which matters more than people realize when you are making the biggest financial decision of your life.
