Hands down one of the best real estate agents I’ve ever worked with! Andrea came in, guided me on price value, understood where I was willing to settle and where I wasn’t and within two months we had a contract signed with someone who gave above asking. She is extremely detailed, walks you through every step and responds almost immediately to phone calls, text messages and/or emails. She worked well with my schedule and went above and beyond for the walkthrough when the buyers were nitpicking everything. Today was the closing and she kept in contact with the real estate attorney so he knew what the buyers may bring up and what my thought process was. Where do I begin?!!! My fiancé and I were all but burnt out trying to land a condo on Long Island. In early September, after I had said "enough was enough" Diane sneakily continued to search and that is when Andrea's cohesive team oriented approach to home buying initially became evident.
