Oceanside had 31 new listings and 27 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 60—up 9.09% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
Of those 60 active listings, 15.0% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Oceanside grew 1.35% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $749,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
