Our house need to be worked on before we could sell it and Andrew recommended some good people at reasonable prices that we employed to prepare our house for sale. Then we put the house on the market and received seven offers in only 4 days. Andrew organized the offers in an Excel spreadsheet in a very logical manner and we discussed the relative merits of the various offers We chose one of the offers and the sale was completed without any problems.
