Andy Norris

Andy was very pleasant to work with and was very available to show homes. I had several areas that I was considering and sent Andy a list of homes. He immediately jumped on setting up times for showings, several places across several days, to find the home we were looking for. He was very quick to respond and had excellent communication. Once we found a place and went in contract, Andy continued to communicate with me and Seller's agent to make sure things were progressing as planned. Every home sale is different and can have their unique situations. Andy was helpful to give advice or work through some challenges that we had come up and kept us grounded during those most stressful moments. We made it to the closing table and are very much appreciative of Andy for getting us home.

We wouldn't want to work with anyone other than Andy Norris. I think he went above and beyond what most realtors would. He's very patient. We looked at a LOT of houses and many of them were pretty rural. He's punctual, a lot of times arriving somewhere before we did. He was also good about keeping in touch, both by phone and text. Friendly and positive, he was an overall pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Andy Norris!
P.S. I was asked what service Andy provided, but was only able to choose one from the list. We initially contacted him because we wanted to put our house on the market. We ended up finding a buyer ourselves, but Andy kindly helped us throughout the process. He showed us a lot of homes, even some that weren't particularly suited to our needs or wants. When we finally settled on one, he helped us navigate our way through the process. Hecs just great!

We have worked with about eight realtors over the past 20 years, and he is absolutely one of the very best! We were looking for a house over a wide area (up to an hour from Gahanna in any direction) and had very specific and unique requirements. Andy really "got us"! He went out of his way-- both figuratively and logistically-- to get us into the right house quickly and smoothly. We had lots of questions along the way and he was always quick to answer, detail-oriented and thorough. In addition to being a top-notch realtor, he is a sincerely nice guy! We can honestly say that during an extremely stressful and complicated interstate move, he was truly a pleasure to work with! We recommend him whole-heartedly and without reservation!

Andy was amazing! Always on top of things and responded quickly to our requests for showings or information! If we asked about seeing a house, there’s a good chance we’d have our appointment scheduled within the next 24 hours. He always worked around our (very) busy schedules. Overall a great guy with a real passion for finding you your dream home! Really would recommend Andy, as he was so truly helpful in helping my fiancé and I buy our first home.

Quite simply, it would have been impossible for me to find anyone who could have done a better job of representing me. Sale of my condo presented unusual challenges which Andy overcame without complaint or exception. He was proactive, professional, efficient and detail oriented. I highly recommend Andy whether you are buying or selling, as he goes well above and beyond even the highest standards.
