Joseph G. Andy was very knowledgeable on neighborhoods, negotiations, construction materials, and every other question throughout the whole process. He always had an answer for our questions and if he didn't at the moment he made sure to always follow up. We felt like we could text or call anytime for anything. He's very personable and we never felt as if we couldn't be ourselves and or open with our opinions and ideas. Andy was our leasing agent at our first apartment together and even back then the experience was all the same. We loved him then and love him still and will be working with him for the rest of our time here in central Virginia. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
