Would recommend Annette Wilcox as she has high ethical and moral standards. All requests for info were addressed in a timely manner. She made us feel that selling our home was very important to her. A great job, sold our house faster than expected.

Annette Wilcox impressed us at the very beginning of our search for a real estate agent to list our house with . We were on an online referral site. She called and introduced herself and stated she seen our name and phone number on the site and asked if she could be of help. She looked at the property and gave us a marketing plan within 24 hours of looking at the house. She answered questions and guided us through the process of sell our house located in Sandusky. Annette Wilcox has the ability and skill to make you feel like you are her only client. Annette is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. She told us what we needed to do to sell our house which she did very very quickly at a great price. She worked tirelessly and patiently to find and arrange the purchase of just the right house for my son and his future wife. Seeing how successful she has become so quickly, it is not hard to guess that she must treat everyone the same way. We have used her services before, and will certainly call Annette Wilcox for any future needs. I won't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I wanted to sell my house, but after a bad experience attempting to before, we decided to wait 5 years.
