If you want quick and effective service, go to Annette Wilcox. She makes sure you know what is going on throughout your buying experience. She is not one of those realtors that find you a house and leave you to fend for yourself the rest of the way. She always updates. Therefore she is on top of her game with prompt calling and texting. Last but not least she is extremely trustworthy and is ALL in for her clients...not the sale. Annette makes that the most important part of her job and it shows. We could go on and on about her and her services but those are just a few of many things about our amazing home buying experience. Annette found us a beautiful home to raise our family in and we couldn’t be more grateful for meeting her.

Annette is there for her clients every step of the way. From making us feel comfortable, to answering a million questions, and making this sale about our needs and wants. She is a no nonsense, honest person. She didn’t pressure us into silly repairs or cosmetic repairs to try and market our house. She gave us homework that was easy to complete and was just as excited as we were when the sale was final. Annette helped us find our next home as well, and she never had any doubt it would be ours! She is amazing. If there ever came a day we were ready to sell again, I wouldn’t even hesitate to call her.
