I believe Annette Wilcox is so great at her job because she genuinely cares about her clients and it shows.

Annette has been a pleasure to work with. She is very friendly and loves to talk and get to know her clients. She takes the time to meet with you and find out your "must haves" and "nopes" When looking for a house and pays attention to your reaction as you go through to learn what you might be looking for. Plus she is great working around busy schedules! She came recommended to us and I would recommend her to any of my family and friends!

Annette is a great agent to have. She really knows her stuff and is on top of the game. She is great about working around your schedule. Annette is very knowledgeable when it comes to selling your house and purchasing. She explains step by step so you're not left in the dark and have an understanding of what is going on. Annette is an outstanding agent!

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the house buying process. She did an excellent job explaining all the details. She went above and beyond to fit showings into my schedule and set down multiple times with me to help negotiate offers that I felt comfortable with. I never felt pushed or motivated by her in a negative way, to place an offer. The houses she showed me were in my price range and offered what I was looking for in a home. She is very knowledgeable on the details of the houses she shows.

When it came to purchasing my home, she again went above and beyond to make sure paperwork was completed on time and I was into my new house in a timely matter. She was very professional throughout the entire process.

Her office is absolutely amazing, from the office itself, to the friendly staff! I would most definitely recommend her to friends, family, or anyone else interested in buying or selling a home. I could not have asked for a better agent!
