I am very experience and consider myself an expert at pricing, this has given me a good reputation with sellers. My experience with new builds have also been very rewarding. I serve as a board on the Harrisburg Historical Board and have worked with lenders that offer 1st time buyer incentives that I am very familiar with including programs that benefit buyers and sellers.
