I have 26 years of experience as a realtor. I have always sold between 1 million to 2.5 million per year depending on the market. I have received loads of awards during my career starting from the beginning when I received Best New Agent award. I am very experience and consider myself an expert at pricing, this has given me a good reputation with sellers. My experience with new builds have also been very rewarding. I serve as a board on the Harrisburg Historical Board and have worked with lenders that offer 1st time buyer incentives that I am very familiar with including programs that benefit buyers and sellers.
I am honest and patience with my clients and have adjusted to the ups and downs of the real estate market.
