Barak Elihis

I'm Barak Elihis, and for the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of helping clients buy and sell homes across the GTA. Today, I serve as the Managing Broker for Engel & Völkers York Region and Toronto City, where I lead and support a growing team of real estate professionals while ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism, integrity, and care.

Working with buyers, sellers, and agents every day has given me a unique perspective on today's market. I understand what motivates buyers, what sellers expect, and what it takes to position a property for success. Whether it's developing a marketing strategy, negotiating a complex transaction, or navigating unexpected challenges, my role is to provide clear advice, thoughtful guidance, and strong representation every step of the way.

Beyond my day-to-day work, I also serve on TRREB's Professional Standards Hearing Panel. In that role, I help review matters involving professional conduct, ethics, and industry standards. It has strengthened my understanding of the rules that govern our profession and reinforced my commitment to protecting my clients' interests through honesty, transparency, and sound advice.

Outside of real estate, I'm a husband, a father of three, and someone who believes in continuous growth. Whether I'm spending time with my family or training at my CrossFit gym, the values of discipline, consistency, and accountability are the same principles I bring to my business every day.

I believe exceptional service isn't measured by how quickly a property is listed. It's measured by the work that happens every day after the sign goes up.
