She was open and honest, and would tell me what I needed to know, rather than tell me what I wanted to hear. Beth really understood the unique aspects of our property which was a small horse farm and commanded a specific buyer persona. Her marketing was outstanding and her entire team was excellent. The videography and photography were great. The marketing to specific social media equestrian groups and other online placement really made the difference in bringing in the right buyer.
