Year-over-year, Mason’s rolling three-month prices have softened slightly even as values stay high. The typical home value over the latest three months is about $489,700, down a bit from last year’s early-summer level around $510,500, while the share of sales closing above list price has fallen from roughly 54 percent to about 33 percent.
