My husband and I were talking about looking for a new house or land to build on. We meet Shawn through pure luck and I am grateful that we did. Shawn was very patience with us as we did change our mind very often, he was never pushy or tried to just push a house on us. Shawn was available 24/7, when ever we had a question we would ask and would get right back to us. He did an outstanding job with selling our house, closing, buying our new home. Shawn is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. I had been looking for a home for years with another agent who frequently pressured me, "forgot" my budget and my needs. I finally ditched her and found Shawn who is the exact opposite. He always sent me homes in my budget and location range. He really focused on what I wanted and needed in a home. Not once did I ever feel pressured working with him. He is personable, kind and patient. Since I'm a first time buyer I always had extra people with me that actually had home owning experience and he was always more than accomadating. He answered the zillion questions I had about every place honestly. Once we found my home he went to work immediately negotiating for me and got me an awesome deal. At no point during this process was I wondering what the heck was going on because he always kept me in the loop. I seriously cannot say enough about him. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients and I will recommend him to anyone buying a home. I know if I have any future needs he'll always have my business. Thank you so much!
