Beth Germann was an IDEAL agent for a first time home buyer (like me). She patiently explained and walked me through every aspect of the process from inspections through closing, and even gave recommendations for contractors after that. Ms Germann from the beginning had always paid attention to details to all the cryterias i wanted in my search of a home. Everything was narrowed down to such details in her fidings which made it easy for me .
