Beth Germann was an IDEAL agent for a first time home buyer (like me). She patiently explained and walked me through every aspect of the process from inspections through closing, and even gave recommendations for contractors after that. Working with Beth was a dream. We never felt pressured to pick a home that wasn't right for us. You can tell Beth enjoys what she does. Ms Germann from the beginning had always paid attention to details to all the cryterias i wanted in my search of a home. Everything was narrowed down to such details in her fidings which made it easy for me . It was very unfortunate that COVID came even then she never gave up even after some of my preferred listing was gone she never gave up.
She kept me going keep my morale up she has been a part of my life from far communicating daily getting me prepared etc...
By the time she got wind that she can start making appointments i believe i was the first one on her list. This kind of dedication is hard to come by.
