She was great with our situation and having to view multiple homes a day. Sometimes 5-6 houses in a day. Beth was the perfect match for our needs and personalities. I don't think we can ever say enough about how great she was and how appreciative we are that we had Beth as our realtor.

Beth's patience and professionalism was excellent but what I liked most was that she was real, we connected with great understanding and was able to really get to know each other and that helped in Beth finding us home that suited us and made the whole process pleasant.
She always had great ideas and perspective of homes we looked at and gave great insight. Beth Germann came to all home and septic inspections when I reached out even though I think it wasnt expected of her to do so. She truly went above and beyond to help me.

Beth was amazing throughout this entire process. She was understanding and genuinely cared about our needs. We looked online at multiple houses but the one we actually bought is the house Beth found for us. I would definitely recommend her to others. We have dealt with realtors in the past unrelated to this purchase and I have to say she is the best realtor we have ever met. What a awesome agent! Beth went above and beyond to help us throughout the process of getting the townhouse sold.
