This is our third time working with Beth, and she is truly the best. She makes herself available and recognizes the time sensitive nature of things. She will travel an hour out of her way to show you a property that could end up being your dream home; that was the case for us! I couldn't believe how willing she was to squeeze us in at the literal last minute when we had decided to pursue this property. She knows everything there is to know about contracts and is always expanding her education. She truly loves this industry and loves helping people with these major life decisions. Just like I never could have bought my first house without Beth, we literally never could have sold that house five years later without her, and we could have never gotten into this house without her. She is so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to this business. Beth knew how to market our property; our property (at least to me) was not easy to sell, but that was not an obstacle for her. She always responded to our concerns and questions with an optimistic and realistic attitude and gave us guidance for setting our price, slowing us down when we wanted to make drastic drops, and utilizing various marketing strategies to get our listing out to more people.

Beth truly is a master when it comes to contract writing, and every and any question we had she explained in terms anyone could understand and feel comfortable signing their name to.
