She always responded to our concerns and questions with an optimistic and realistic attitude and gave us guidance for setting our price, slowing us down when we wanted to make drastic drops, and utilizing various marketing strategies to get our listing out to more people.

Beth truly is a master when it comes to contract writing, and every and any question we had she explained in terms anyone could understand and feel comfortable signing their name to.
