Beth has been a trusted friend for years. Her knowledge of the real estate market has always amazed me. Other fiends in our circle have used her to buy and sell their homes and other family members homes (i.e.: Dan Brunell and Donna Hendershot and TJ Santiago). They all spoke so highly of her, and her professionalism. So it was a " no brainer" that I would only go with her first. Who she worked for and through, were only secondary considerations.

I think one of the best things that helped sell my house was the great photography Beth is able to do with her phone. It is at a level of technology I was not aware of. She also knew how to stage my home well and position herself in the rooms to get the best photo. I think anyone who looked at the listing and then came to see it didn't feel it was a waste of their time. The photo's were true and honest pictures of "what you see is what you get" I feel this is also why there was no waste of time. I had 7 offers in 2 days.

Although I knew Beth as a friend, I would not have choose her if I did not know she was the right person to represent my home. I had talked about listing it for a few years and she was always giving of her knowledge and what to expect. In the meantime several other friends, and their families had such results using Beth I knew she would take good care of me. And she did!

All I know was that anything Beth had to go back and talk to Geba Realty about, was answered and dealt with in a very quick, timely fashion. As a nervous seller that is a huge relief . All matter were dealt with right away, via text, email or phone call, always with Beth and Geba Realty. That was such a pleasant experience to have as a seller.

Words cannot express in fullness how absolutely impressed I am by Beth Germann as a professional and person. As a first timer homebuyer, I wanted to step away from my dream of owning a home many times, and had I been working with a less confident and experienced realtor, I would have. On several occasions within the last two years I have gone house-hunting, but when it came down to it, I could not make the jump and commit to a property; Beth, with her knowledge of property and market, made me feel like I could, in fact, commit to owning a home. No other realtor has been able to walk me through this lengthy process, and the fact that we were working within the restrictions of COVID attests to Beth’s ability to go above and beyond for her clients regardless of circumstances. Not only did Beth take all my phones calls, regardless of how seemingly irrelevant the question was, but she took initiative and maintained steady communication, checking in on me with regularity. Whether things were going smoothly or not, I always new that Beth would make the time to engage with me and calm the anxieties that go along with being a homeowner. She gave me lists of people who were reputable for lenders and inspectors, and I was not disappointed by any of her recommendations; they also deserve rave reviews. Beth prides herself on thee reputation in the industry, so I felt confident in taking her suggestions and using her referrals, which did not disappoint. Everything from giving me directions to the bank, to explaining what an addendum is, to walking me through how to use a dehumidifier that does not have bucket attached...Beth did it all. She truly cares about her clients, and that is why I, a severe over-thinker, over-planner, and over-analyzer, felt comfortable buying a house. With her as my agent, I truly had any and every question answered, and if she did not know, which was rare, she found out and got back to me as soon as she could. With the market booming and COVID slowing down everything, there were times where my worry got the better of me; Beth never made me feel like I was bothering her with any of my requests to see numerous properties, utilize escalation clauses, and be repeated reminded that all was well and the odds of the roof of any home I purchase falling on my head are very, very unlikely, and insurance would cover that anyway. On a scale 1-5, Beth is in her own category. There’s “5 out of 5” and than there’s “Beth.” I have already, and always will recommend Beth to people trying sell or find a home, and she will be my go-to person for anything related to real estate. I truly am fortunate to have found her, and I cannot rave enough about how amazing this woman is.

Beth did awesome with everything she made me relaxed and not so stressed! Beth also answered any questions that I had even if I thought they were stupid she made sure to make it known that it was not a stupid question. Beth was always there when I called or messaged her even if it was late in the evening she would answer and talk. She gave her opinions on things and talk to you about things that you see or didn’t see. She gave her opinion on what you were talking about when asked for. She didn’t just show you the house she made conversation which made it easier to look at things because she showed you things she saw that you might have overlooked. Beth did amazing and I would recommend her to everyone! I tend to overthink things and she made me feel more relaxed and less stressed through it all! Thank you!

Beth's patience and professionalism was excellent but what I liked most was that she was real, we connected with great understanding and was able to really get to know each other and that helped in Beth finding us home that suited us and made the whole process pleasant.
