Some of my achievements include being the State of Virginia’s youngest Real Estate Salesman obtaining his real estate license at 18 years old. He became the State of Virginia’s youngest Real Estate Broker at 22. I am a CFA (Certified Foreclosure Agent), GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), a CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), and a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Bob is a National Charter Member of this prestigious organization! Bob is the ONLY Realtor Emeritus in Richmond, VA due to his tremendous experience and years in the business.
His leadership and service to his profession spans decades. He has served as a director of the Richmond Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors and the Tuckahoe Volunteer Rescue Squad. He has served on the Richmond Association of Realtors Grievance and Professional Standards committees for years. He has taught at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, John Tyler Community College and the City of Richmond Distributive Education Department. He has personally handled/managed the sales of over 2000 homes. He has consistently been a Distinguished Achiever with the Richmond Association of Realtors due to his huge sales volume.
