We were excited but nervous to purchase our first home. We've never been through this process before and although we're familiar with the city, we weren't sure where to start. We wanted to find a solid house in a good neighborhood with a big yard and close to good schools as we have a little one on the way. Bobbi was incredibly patient with all of our questions and lists of house wants/needs. She took her time walking through houses with us and was so easy to talk to about our thoughts/concerns. She prioritized finding us a house within our budget that we were going to love. Her experience in knowing the city, and knowing what to look for in houses (the good the bad and the ugly) gave us a sense of relief. Her transparency continued to build that trust.

Bobbi has been such a pleasure to work with, we knew we could trust her to find us our perfect first home and she did! We will certainly be recommending her to all of our friends and family.

The sale of our home was complicated, but Bobbi advocated for us as well as the buyers to make the sale run as smoothly as possible.
The purchase of our new home was lengthy, we looked at a lot of houses, but her commitment to us for finding the right home for us never wavered. In the end, when we found our perfect home, she wasn't even home, but found a brand new listing and arranged for a coworker to view it with us. She was up early the next day to put the paperwork together remotely.

Bobbi knows her stuff and makes sure all the necessary things are in place for a smooth purchase. She absolutely goes above and beyond for her clients, and I couldn't be happier to have had her in our corner for both our sale and purchase of our new home.
