Bobbie moved to Durango in 1979 after growing up in Meadville, PA, and spending years in Atlanta, GA, and Vero Beach, FL. Aside from her real estate endeavors, Bobbie was the Restaurant Manager for Tamarron Resort in the early 1980s. She affiliated with Century 21 here in Durango in 1992 and won many prestigious awards before leaving to open her own office in 1998. She believes in giving back to the community and is involved in many local charities and organizations. Special recognition was received in 1998 when she was named Diplomat of the Year for the Durango Area Resort Association. Since the opening of Bobbie Carll Realty, LLC in 1998, the company has grown to seven offices located in Durango (2), Bayfield, Forest Lakes, Mancos, Ignacio, and Dolores before selling to another local brokerage. In 2012, Bobbie joined Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties, offering all that the oldest franchise in the country provides. She is your trusted Realtor for many years with excellent testimonials.

We met Bobbie many years ago while we were first moving to Durango. We ran into her quite by accident at an open house. My husband was wearing his Pittsburgh Steelers sweatshirt and being from Pittsburgh , Bobbie introduced herself to us. She helped us buy our home and just recently, helped us sell it so that we could move closer to our daughter. In both the buying and selling process, Bobbie was top notch! Bobbie sold us our dream house in Durango. 8 years later we had to sell our dream house and move to Colorado Springs. Bobbie was the only one we considered to help us sell our house.
