Bobby was recommended to us by friends and I’m really glad we went with him. We were first time Sellers and second time Buyers but he still explained and helped us navigate the process with ease. He is very knowledgeable and quickly responded to our many questions. He helped us find the right place and was able to negotiate for a price that we were very happy with. As for Selling, his tips, and professional marketing made our property the highest selling priced home in the neighborhood. Bobby is an amazing realtor. We've known Bobby since 2010 and still using him today. If it wasn't for the door knocker/flyer we would have missed meeting him. We had 2 realtors who wouldn't listen to what we wanted, then we met meeting Bobby. Bobby listened, he had us write out a list of what each of us wanted numbering the top 5.
