I met Ellie on the internet through someone named Agent Pronto. With my negative views of internet-sourced relationships, I was dubious about trying to make this work. But, I decided to at least proceed to the interview stage and was super-surprised. I met a charming lady with intellect, grace, and humour. She is very current with market trends, has a good sense of value in recommending an asking price, and works to a definitive marketing plan including a schedule. Presentation is one of her strengths and she worked with and directed me to give my residence a super-clean and uncluttered look which led to a superb photo gallery for marketing. All this preparation helped a quick sale but Ellie did not stop as she provided guidance and support on obtaining legal advice, moving, utilities, and the closing of the sale. We stay in touch and I value her friendship.
