We were searching for a very specific type of property. We wanted a little acreage with a decent house and shop or at least enough space to build a shop that was close to our kids. We were living in Montana and moving to Illinois, so there were some challenges. We were able to come out and view some properties in July and actually found the home we ended up with. The sellers at the time were not willing to negotiate. Eventually Bradley was able to get the sellers to negotiate some and we purchased the house. Bradley assisted us greatly by meeting with our family to show properties and allow access for inspections. His communication was outstanding especially considering were were in different time zones. He was always professional and friendly. We would highly recommend Bradley.

Bradley was ABSOULUTELY AWESOME. He was very knowlegable on the area we were looking at, even the house we chose to make an offer on. When reaching out to discuss anything with Bradley, if he wasn't available to immediately answer his cell, he either texted that he would call us back asap or he would call us within a few moments. We would gladly refer his name to potential buyers or sellers in the future.
