She reached out to me every few weeks or so to see how I was doing and if I was ready to buy a home yet. I originally was not ready. But after a few months I was good to go. I reached out to her and she was immediately able to help us. She showed us a few homes, talked us through the process, answered every question with an honest answer. No beating around the bush, just straight forward answer, which I prefer. Very professional, very friendly, just an all around good person. After we finished the closing, she was able to get us the keys a few days earlier than what was intended. She checked in with us every so often afterwards to see how things went with the home.
