Nolanville had 11 new listings and 21 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 57—down 13.64% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

Of those 57 active listings, 35.09% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Nolanville grew 8.85% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $335,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
