July’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $310,750—down 0.95% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $288,450 in Bell County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $292,620 in August.

Nolanville had 8 new listings and 14 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 50—down 9.09% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.

Of those 50 active listings, 32.0% reduced their price in the month of July. The median listing price for homes in Nolanville fell 13.06% from June to July, bringing the current median listing price to $291,250. Based on projected data for August, listing prices may continue to fall.
