She is very knowledgeable in evaluate our condo unit. The Bank did an appraisal on our condo unit and came back with much lower value than we expected. Lucky Shayla caught the bank mistake and confirm with them. The bank appraisal adjusted their error. I strongly recommend people to use her!

Shayla Ackerman made selling my house a great experience. She went the extra mile with marketing my property and getting people through the front door for viewings. We listed it on a Thursday and had competing offers by Monday! It was unreal! I was sad to let go of my property because I am relocating for a new job in a different city, but she made the process of selling my house seamless. It definitely helps when she finds good buyers to take over, and I know they will appreciate living there as much as I did!

Shayla was an asset to us during the entire process of purchasing our first home. From the beginning Shayla's knowledge and expertise was evident.
