The Brian Burds team was fantastic. We worked with Serena, she was prepared with pricing information at our initial appointment, she was prompt, listened, scheduled an appointment for us to see our desired home the next day. To put it in perspective, we met her on Friday 8/24, we started the process for listing our house, and our offer for the home we desired to buy was accepted on Sunday 8/26 (really- 3 days). Our house was put on the market about 2 weeks later, around 9/5, and we had 4 offers by 9/9. She really made it as smooth as possible for us.

My experience was exceptional. Paul Smith was my realtor and he did an excellent job walking me through the process. Paul Smith was always available for questions, would follow up in a timely manner and made my purchasing experience smooth and stress free.

He’s team did an outstanding during the whole process. Ivan was very impressive as well.
