Everyone in the office was Very nice and accommodating. They all kept in constant contact with me each step of the way. I’ve never had a better home selling or purchasing with a real estate company ever.

My sale was particularly complicated, but Brian put it in simple terms for me to understand. He was extraordinarily patient when I had to ask over and over again to understand for sure.

I have never had a better real estate experience, and I very strongly recommend Brian and his team. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to find a home from across the country without stepping foot on the property! Brian and his team worked went over and above, doing a video tour and a 3D scan of the home to give us peace of mind. He has a cadre of trusted contractors who double-checked some of the issues identified on the inspection and did an expert job negotiating with the sellers to give us a great home at an excellent price. I visited My hometown of El Paso briefly looking to our has rental properties. On a drive by at a property that sparked my interest I called the number on the sign posted . Kevin Zavala responded quickly and was able to accommodate my short stay in El Paso . He was very flexible and provided quick and efficient service. After my return to Reno Nevada he stayed in touch and walked me through the process maintaining effective communications with me . This made for a simple and smooth purchase of several properties
