Brian Burds and his team were able to sell my home within 5 days of listing home! I had my home on the market for over 1 year with two different realtors and listened to all different marketing approaches such as: re-painting interior of home, putting back splash in kitchen, offering 6% commission to whomever brings in buyer, lowering price of home, etc.His 360 video walkthrough was a unique touch that no other realtors to my knowledge had the ability to perform. The difference is in the details. All realtors had great photographers, but Mr. Burds used quality paper to print the brochures and would have pictures on both sides of flyer. The usage of a showing application which allows me to confirm when a realtor was going to show my home facilitated the showing process. I would definitely recommend Mr. Burds.

Re-locating from out of town having a realtor who understood the local Real Estate market was very important for us. The staff at Century 21 Brian Burd and Brenda placed close attention to our needs and worked us with every step of the way, for us to find the perfect home and we are very grateful for the help we received. We highly recommend their service.

Brian and his staff did a great job. We had a contract in about two weeks. The closing took a bit longer than expected but that was because of the buyers mortgage company. Brian's office kept me informed of what was going on and why. I would highly recommend Brian and Century 21 Haggerty.

The advertising was great! they had pictures up on the internet in a matter of a few hours. The signs in front of the house were up with in a day after the decision to sell was made.

about one or two realtors (for potential buyers) mentioned to me that Brian Burds, was asking for their realtor license number. That made me feel safe in the sense that he was not just sending anybody over. In these unsafe times it is good to know that my realtor is confirming that people who are going into my home are licensed to do so. I am very impressed and pleased with all the methods he employed to sell my home. Plus the fact that he was able to sell it in 4 weeks and also able to get multiple offers for it. In dealing with any of his employees I found that they were very courteous and professional. On the day I was moving out one of my neighbors stopped by to ask about my realtors' performance as this neighbor told me that he was thinking of selling his home in the near future. i told him I was very pleased with Brian Burds. He thank me and made a note of the telephone number on the for sale sign.

Brian had a strong grasp of the market I was in. My neighborhood had 7 months of inventory in it when I went to sell and Brian had us under contract within 3 weeks. And we didn't give away the house by any means. He got us fair market value. While many houses take months to sell, Brian got mine done in a few weeks. He delivers what he says he will. Very professional.
