For my sellers, I offer assistance with staging as well as full-service real estate marketing. This marketing includes professional photography and videography, cleaning, and consulting. While other agents may simply list a property on the MLS, I actively promote and advertise all of my listings. My strategies have attracted nearly 200 potential buyers in just one weekend. It is my mission to help sellers maximize their profits in the shortest amount of time with the least inconvenience possible.

I work with buyers to ensure they are qualified with the best lenders to prepare them for purchasing a home. When we find a property that buyers would like to make an offer on, we create a presentation rather than just submitting an offer. This includes the contract, a letter to the sellers, a pre-approval letter, and any other relevant information pertaining to the property. I advocate for my buyers by asking the seller's agent if we can present the offer directly. If that’s not possible, I demonstrate to the agent that my clients are the ideal candidates for the home.
