My wife and I bought our first home together with Bryn as our guide. I was very nervous and hesitant as we were new to the area in which we were looking to buy. Bryn was professional, courteous, responsive, and most important, trustworthy. You'll understand if you work with him; he has your best interest in mind, knows when to encourage you on a property and when to discourage you against a property (which he did several times). It's an emotional process and an enormous financial decision and you' want someone like Bryn who is patient yet confident in his role. Don't perceive his calm demeanor as inexperience; it's the hallmark of a professional giving you the time and space you need as you process things. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and will do so again.
