Carmine was our real Estate broker for selling our property. Throughout the process Carmine was attentive, knowledgeable and always gave great advice. With his help, our property sold within 24 hours of our first showing. At the time, we were staying out in Lancaster house hunting. Carmine handled meeting the buyers multiple inspectors and various other people such as cleaners etc, and randomly checking on the security of the house.
