After inspection, Charles worked with the seller to fix everything listed on the inspection report and to furnish proof. He was even able to get a nice credit for windows that may need to be updated in the future. Charles even had a list of utility company contact information shortly before closing and that was super helpful. I can't say enough good things about Charles. Charles was very professional and easy to work with during our sale process. He came across as genuine in his interaction with my wife and I.
