She is extremely knowledgeable on area market conditions and has been such an asset to our family as we have sold and purchased 4 homes over the course of the past 5 years. We found the home we were interested in looking at; listing agent wasn't available, so Kim was referred to us for showing. We decided to purchase home and closed December 2012.
We let Kim list our home February 2013. Our main communication was via emails; which is good by me. My main problem was being requested to send the same information; requested previously, to her days after. When information was relayed via phone, I'd request she'd follow up with an email so I could review. I'd have to constantly request, and upon receipt she may have had for a week before sending.

We were on a short schedule to look at some homes over one weekend while we were in town. Kim did a great job of listening to our interests and found several homes that met our criteria. We looked at several homes and when we decided on the home we wanted, Kim helped us research everything about recent sales in the area, information on the house itself, and assisted us with all the details of purchasing the house.We highly recommend her to other buyers and sellers.
