Charles Zhang is friendly, approachable, and was extremely attentive to our concerns or questions. He was not pushy and didn't promise anything more than he could deliver. He offered sound advice on what upgrades to do or not do when we were preparing for the listing. We lived out of the city and he was available for anything that needed to be attended to on our property during the listing process. Charles is the best realtor we've ever had, simple as that.

Charles helped us sell our very first home as well as help us find and purchase our dream home for our growing family. We were searching for almost 2 years as we had pretty particular things we were looking for in our next home, and Charles was incredibly patient and persistent and never lost steam in helping us on our search. He also was able to sell our home in just 3 days from listing!

During the buying/selling process as well, Charles was so calm and reassuring which really helped me get through the stress of it all. More importantly, he really is an expert in the field and was able to give us all the guidance we needed every step of the way, and has so much experience to draw from. Having full confidence in your realtor really is so important, and we are so thankful that we could lean fully on Charles to know what do and what to look for, especially as we are still fairly new homeowners and also busy juggling our young kids.

This was our first time working with Charles. He was professional and gave some great suggestions on what minor repairs were needed for the the property.
The photos and 360degree view were well done along with virtual staging of our property added alot of impact. The generated floor plan was most useful

The property was listed on time and we recieved several showings almost immediately.
The first weekend we recieved two offers and we were able to close at list price with a fast possession.

His team did an amazing job and I wouild not hestate to use him again or refer him to freinds and family.
