We have worked with Charles a number of times for both purchasing and selling. Charles' knowledge of the market and prices is excellent and he has made the process very straightforward and painless every time.

Charles' informed, calm, no pressure, constructive and capable approach is why we have worked with Charles several times, and why we have recommended him to our kids and friends.

Charles had suggestions that were outside of what we were considering and in the end that is what we purchased. He was low pressure but offered an opinion or recommendation when asked. There were a couple of places he suggested we stay away from because of known problems that would have been expensive down the road. We are very happy with Charles services.

Charles is a personable person and professional with his communications. He was also available almost right away when we needed information or verification of the same.

Everything outside of Charles's duties in this purchase went wrong. Charles helped get everything fixed, or found solutions to ensure I got the home I wanted.

Charles was great from the get-go. He helped us with the property coms, pricing of our condo and adverstisement. It did not take long for him to find a suitable buyer for our Condo. 2 Days!!! yes, he got us a buyer in 2 days, he has a tons and tons of connection to get you a potential buyer. He responded to all our concerns quickly. At time even when he was sick... says a lot about commitment. All in all, if one is looking for an amazing agent, do not look further. Charles is the man. I want to thank him again, my wife still cannot beleive we sold the property that soon.
