We had been looking for a condo for over a year. We live in Iqaluit, Nunavut. All viewings had to be done virtually. Charles did a great job showing us this property through a video. We decided this was the place for us. Charles took care of everything until we could get to Calgary. He is very personable and knowledgeable and patient.

Charles Zhang is friendly, approachable, and was extremely attentive to our concerns or questions. He was not pushy and didn't promise anything more than he could deliver. He offered sound advice on what upgrades to do or not do when we were preparing for the listing.
