If you are looking for an agent who knows what you want and delivers, you need to contact Charles. He's number one in my book. I was an out of province buyer and Charles knew exactly what house would work for me. I appreciate all the hard work he did to get me to Calgary. I love this location and I am close to the mall and all the amenities. Charles was in constant communication with me during the process. Great negotiating skills and kept me informed of any changes.
