It was a bumpy ride bumpy ride but thanks to Cherise we got a good deal on the home we wanted. The seller tried to renegotiate the deal after both parties signed and agreed to the purchase agreement. I never heard of such a thing. "WTH" is what i was thinking. Cherise took control of the situation. She battled it out. For a while I thought we may lose the home. However a few days later the deal moved forward. The deal would stand as is and we closed 30 days later with no hick ups. The financing was as easy as could be and she was with us the whole way. Answering all my questions and concerns promptly. I'm really happy with how it all turned out in the end.
