Inventory in March stood near 281 homes, with 126 new listings and 102 pending sales, and Corona’s values remain higher than Riverside County overall at about $615,000. Looking ahead to April 2026, projections show the typical home value around $800,000 and inventory edging up to about 287 homes while the projected median list price hovers near $809,005.
