Overall we had a wonderful experience working with Chris. We believe he got us top dollar for our home. It had been many years since we had sold a home. At that time almost nothing was done via the internet. Chris helped us through the new processes without any issues. And, his evaluation of the local market was right on, which as already stated, brought us great offer on the house. Despite the covid-19 issues, we had no problem in selling our home.

Chris Ware is amazing! He has a very professional demeanor yet is approachable and laid back. He made sure to always be available when we had questions and concerns. Chris spent a good amount of time entertaining us and our children as we had viewed many properties and some were viewed multiple times. in early 2021, Chris helped me find a piece of land. he showed me a few and i settled on one. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and a good guy to work w/. i ended up w/ a nice parcel in Grafton NH. great piece of property and chris is an excellent realtor. highly recommended.
