Chris did an amazing job. We were selling from out of state, which meant he had to show up for various inspections in our place. It also meant we didn't know local laws or how to navigate any of it. It was a complicated sale that he handled with aplomb. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for an agent.

Chris helped us sell my deceased Dad's house in record time. He was right on target about the realistic value of the house, about the pricing relative to comparable homes in the area, and the strategy for selling it. Having grown up in the area, he knew what he was doing.
He answered all of our questions and concerns respectfully. He always encouraged questions. He was happy to explain to our satisfaction and his service extended beyond what we would have thought was his responsibility. He monitored the house, checking after a storm, and guided us to a very successful closing. The house sold for over the asking price.

Chris was very helpful in working with my family to sell our house.
