Charlie did an amazing job selling our house . If I had any questions he would answer them. He is down to earth, and was able to talk to him about any concerns. He was very knowledgeable about the house market. The day the buyer was doing the walk through there was two issues and he returned with the buyer the same day to ensure the issues were resolved prior to the closing I can't thank him enough. I was able to call, email or text and always responded quickly. The experience has been excellent! I will continue to recommend him to family and friends looking to buy or sell a home.
