She is amazing! During the first meet, she showed me around seven properties that I was interested in and gave me some great advice on areas to avoid. She was always one that you could text and receive a prompt response especially after the work day has ended. She was very receptive to what my family and I wanted and the price range we were looking at. She also recommended a great mortgage company with another lender who was able to be contacted any time by text. She not only represented my family when it came down to placing an offer, but she also recommended what would be a good first bid and to ask for specific repairs. The only reason it didn't close any faster was because of the sellers and their agent didn't move quickly at times.

Christine will work on your time line not hers which is very good to know if you have tight time lines or weird work hours. She is licensed to sell the CSRA, my 1st home was in Richmond county, 2nd home was sitting just this side of the Columbia county line.
